Welcome to Styleoapp. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Styleoapp platform, including the website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Styleoapp is a digital marketplace that connects users seeking beauty and wellness services with qualified vendors offering these services. Styleoapp is owned and operated by NOVA STYLEO Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

Eligibility to Use the Platform

You may use the Platform only if:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent.
• You have the capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
• Your use is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

User Accounts & Responsibility

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.

Vendor Responsibilities and Quality of Service

Vendors are independent entities and are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of service listings, pricing, and descriptions.
• The quality, delivery, and outcome of services provided.
• Ensuring all required licenses, legal permissions, and professional standards are met.
• Communicating professionally and delivering services in agreed timelines.

Styleoapp does not supervise or control Vendors and is not liable for any Vendor performance or outcomes.

Service Listings and Pricing

Vendors have control over their pricing and service offerings. Vendors must ensure:

• Prices are transparent and clearly stated.
• Any additional fees or conditions are disclosed prior to booking.
• Listings are updated when offers change.

Styleo may, from time to time, suggest pricing models or promotional campaigns but retains no responsibility for Vendor rates.

Booking, Payments & Refund Policy

All payments made through the Platform are processed via approved payment channels. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information.
• Ensure payment is completed before service delivery, where required.

Refunds:

Refund eligibility varies depending on service type and Vendor policies. Styleoapp will assist with dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of Vendors. Refund requests will be subject to review and documentation.

Platform Fees and Payouts to Vendors

Styleo will charge Vendors service commissions, subscription fees and other add-ons. Fee structures may be updated with notice. Payout schedules to Vendors depend on the Vendor’s payout method and financial institution timelines. Styleo is not responsible for bank or payment processor delays.

Prohibited Activities

Users and Vendors agree not to:

• Misuse or exploit the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Post false, harmful, defamatory, or misleading information.
• Circumvent the Platform by making private off-platform deals to avoid fees.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to interfere with Platform security or operational systems.

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, brand identities, logos, Platform design, and content are owned by NOVA STYLEO Ltd or licensed to NOVA STYLEO Ltd . Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without written consent.

Vendors retain ownership of any original service content they upload but grant Styleo a license to display such materials on the Platform.

User-Generated Content & Reviews Policy

Users may submit reviews and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Styleo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, or display such content.

Reviews must be:

• Honest and based on personal experience.
• Respectful and free from harassment or discrimination.

NOVA STYLEO Ltd may remove content that is offensive, false, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Styleoapp acts only as a facilitator and does not provide the fashion-related services listed on the Platform.

Accordingly:

• Styleoapp is not responsible for Vendor actions, omissions, quality, behavior, performance, or service outcomes.
• Styleoapp is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between Users and Vendors.

Privacy & Data Use Summary

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Suspension or Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or harmful activity is suspected.
• Compliance with legal obligations requires it.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration prior to formal litigation.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
